I feel exactly like this now..

Watching tv…joking with my mum and suddenly.. pain came from the side of your forehead. It goes on.. I close my eyes.. *20 minutes* Open my eyes. No difference..instead I feel neck ache.

You popped migraine pills. You pour ice water onto your head. You went and bathe cold water.

It still doesn’t help much.

    arghh..i hate migraine the most, it will come just like that without any warnings…once it come, u cant really do anything! sien sien

    It’s best to get some rest under “dark” places….what migraine pills do you take? Give “cafergot” a try…
